General bis(fluorophenyl azide) photo-crosslinkers
09/11/2019. An effective technique to improve the stability and processability of semiconductor heterojunction devices is to employ crosslinkers. A team from ONDL has successfully developed crosslinkers based on bis(fluorophenyl azide)s (FPAs) and their sterically-substituted derivatives (sFPAs), which can be photo-activated under UV (254 nm) and i-line (365 nm) exposure. Good thermal stability, solubility, and performance of these materials was demonstrated, showcasing their potential as easy to use and efficient photo-crosslinkers. DOI: 10.1039/c9tc04060a
