Dr Chris Boothroyd: ic

ic is a fortran program for converting image formats used in electron microscopy. Its main use is for converting Digital Micrograph images into Semper format. Currently (March 2010) it can read Gatan Digital Micrograph (both DM2 and DM3 formats), TIA (Emispec .ser files from FEI microscopes), Semper "write unformatted", Gatan EL/P EELS spectra and Link AN10000 X-ray spectra. It can write Semper disc files (.dsk), Semper read/write unformatted files, Digital Micrograph 2 files and EL/P files.

Usage:

ic *.dm3 -ox.dsk To convert all dm3 images into x.dsk
ic -h For more info
